Fried Shrimp With Cheese


  • 400g shrimp
  • 100g cheese pieces
  • Crispy flour
  • Deep fried dough
  • Cornstarch
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • Dried onion, seasoning, monosodium glutamate, pepper, cooking oil, sugar


Step 1: Prepare Shrimp

Shrimps are washed, peeled, and black threaded. Step 2: Wrap the Cheese

Put on gloves, put some cooking oil on your hands. Then, divide the shrimp into equal parts, put cheese in the middle of the shrimp balls and then roll them to cover all the cheese. Do this until you run out of ingredients.

Step 3: Fry the Shrimp

You put cooking oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, you put the shrimp balls in and fry with low heat. Then, you take out and roll each ball in breadcrumbs and then fry again. When the dough is golden brown, then put it on a plate.
