1. Process Materials

Garlic, ginger peeled, then washed and minced. Pork washed with dilute salt water, drained, then cut into medium-thick pieces.

2. Scent Meat

Marinate the meat with 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced onion, minced garlic, and half a teaspoon of ground pepper, then mix well, then refrigerate for 2 hours for the meat to absorb the spices.

After marinating, it can be baked with a charcoal stove a microwave, or an oil-free oven.
