- Broken rice 2 cups
- Straw mushroom buds 50g
- 5 ears shiitake mushroom
- Peas 50g
- Pickled radish 50g
- Carrots 50g
- 1/2 piece white tofu
- Tofu with 1 leaf leaves
- Vegetarian spring rolls 50g
- Celery 1 stalk
- 1/2 cup boiled American corn
- Onion 1 stalk
- Seasoning: sesame oil, red hot pepper, pepper, cooking oil, coriander, sugar
- Seasoning seeds
- Straw mushroom diced. Soaked shiitake mushrooms, diced.
- Boiled peas. Pickled radish soaked in water then cut 1cm short. Diced carrots, boiled. Boiled American corn, de-seeded.
- Thinly sliced tofu, fried until golden brown, then diced. Tofu, cut yarn, deep fried.
- Vegetarian spring rolls, diced celery. Chop the boaro, keep the stems and leaves separate.

- Saute 1/2 amount of boaro with 2M cooking oil, stir-fry vegetable ingredients such as carrots, pickled radish, peas, shiitake, mushroom, celery, fried tofu, season with 1/2M soy sauce” Fuji”, 1/2m seeds Seasoning Mushroom & Lotus Seeds, 1m sugar, add vegetarian sausage to the island, scoop out.
- Continue to saute the remaining amount of boaro with 2M cooking oil, add the rice to fry, season with 1/2M “Phuji” soy sauce, 1/2m Mushroom and Lotus seed seasoning, then mix with the vegetables. tubers, add boaro leaves and 1m sesame oil. Turn off the fire.
How To Use
Ladle fried rice into a clay pot (porcelain), put fried tofu, coriander on top, sprinkle a little pepper, serve with soy sauce and red-green chili.
- Let the rice cool down or put it in the fridge after 3-4 hours to fry it.
- Frying vegetables and rice separately, helps the rice grain to keep its firmness and aroma.
- Cut vegetables and fruits of the same size to help the ingredients absorb the spices evenly and beautifully.
