Tofu Tomato Sauce

Fried tofu with tomato sauce is a dish that is no longer strange to many people, especially students. This dish converges 3 elements: delicious, nutritious, and cheap. Each piece of tofu is soft, imbued with spices, adding a sweet and sour sauce that is very attractive. Eating with white rice on rainy days is perfect.

Ingredients:

  • Fried Tofu 2 Pieces
  • Tomato 2 Fruits
  • Chickpeas 100 Gr
  • Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
  • MSG 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • White sugar 1 Tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 2 Tbsp

Instructions:

  • Fried tofu bought at the market, cut into small pieces, square to eat. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into cubes. Chopped chives.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add tomatoes, stir until tomatoes are soft. Add seasoning 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white sugar to taste. Add 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil for about 1 minute.
  • Next, put in the tofu, cook the lim rim on low heat to infuse the sauce. Use chopsticks to gently turn the tofu piece. Take care not to let the tofu become soggy.
  • Turn off the stove, put the dish on a plate, sprinkle with chives to make the dish more colorful. Now just eat with white rice, soup and savory dishes.
